Support and account questions
For help with your account, billing, or how a feature works, email us and describe what you are trying to do. If it is an account or billing question, include the email address on your account so we can find it quickly.
Privacy and legal requests
For privacy questions or requests, such as access to or deletion of your data, email the same address. Please see our Privacy Policy for details, including that data an account owner collects from field reps through their own Magic Links is controlled by that owner, so some requests may be routed to the relevant owner.
How we respond
Email is currently our only support channel. We do not offer phone support or live chat. We read every message sent to contact@aeluka.com and reply by email.
